With just a short walk down to the beach access, you'll have your toes in the sand, or fishing lines in the surf, in no time. The spacious screened porch is a perfect place to serve a meal, play a game with the kids or relax with your favorite beach read. The main living area is open and airy with vaulted ceilings and a front porch sliding door.

~1300 Sq Ft 4 bedroom 2 bathroom cozy beach cottage, space for reconnecting with loved ones, playing games, cooking a meal, or enjoying the back deck while grilling. This oceanside property is a very short 2-minute walk to the beach and .6 miles to the public boat ramp. And a short driving distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, and other activities (kayaking, boating, hiking trails). Situated in a semi-private neighborhood with very light traffic.

Home Amenities: Very large screened porch off of the back of the home with a dining table and additional seating for relaxing in the shade. Gas grill just off of the screened porch, so you can cook family meals with an ocean view.

Outdoor Amenities: Guest storage closet under the carport with a full size refrigerator. 2 bikes. 4 beach chairs. 1 beach umbrella. 1 beach cart for carrying your beach items.

Kitchen: Well stocked, toaster oven, dishware, flatware, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, baking pans, coffee maker.

General: A/C & heating, Full-size washer and dryer just off the kitchen, WiFi, linens and towels, fresh duvet covers, and beds made before arrival. Starter pack of toiletries (1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, dishwasher soap and hand soap.

Parking: Onsite parking, enough for 5 cars. 2 cars under the carport and two just behind that. A small parking pad with rock at the end of the driveway could be used for boat trailer 32x11 space.
