The spacious kitchen has a coffee bar with both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, a breakfast bar, dishwasher, and microwave, plus a separate cocktail and wine bar. The living room has a Smart TV (Wi-Fi provided), and access to a furnished deck from both the living area and master bedroom.
Sleeping arrangements include two King beds, two Single beds, and a Queen sleeper sofa. A private storage room with a washer and dryer is also available, along with 2 reserved parking spaces.
The complex offers a gated entrance, two outdoor pools, a basketball hoop, community beach access, picnic areas, and courtyard grills. Review
Building is at the back of the property, ocean can be seen over many rooftops. Elevator is a great convenience. Pool very close by. A few hours after our arrival I opened sliding trash can area and roaches scampered out of trash. I would not choose this unit again because of bugs. The roaches mentioned were only seen once.
