Spiral staircase to top floor, oceanfront primary suite with private bath and featuring a balcony where spectacular views of the surf and stars await you. Well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, water softening system. Wireless Internet access, 2 flat screen Smart TVs with DVD players, large assortment of DVDs and board games, ceiling fans throughout, shared washer/dryer on ground level. Connecting door convenient for families renting both sides. Watch the waves from the covered and open decks on both levels with privacy dividers. The polywood bar height bistro sets and rockers are a favorite place for guests to enjoy morning coffee or evening refreshments. Lighted walkway and stairs to guide you back home after your evening stroll from the beach. Paved driveway with ample parking, enclosed hot/cold outside shower (shared). Available year-round.
