Cottage is  situated on 40 acres with private lake and secure parking.  Enjoy colorful sunrises and sunsets with stars as far as the eyes can see.

Located 5 minutes north of Emory. A short drive to many boat ramps on Lake Fork. 25 minutes south to Canton First Monday Trade Days.
The Property is 40 fenced acres. You are welcome to explore within the fencing. Bring good walking/adventure shoes, as it is nature and there are natural obstacles. (Holes, branches, snakes, wildlife)
As host we do live on site to assist with questions and needs. Cottage was designed and built as our guest house.
