Views where unbelievable, place was clean and tidy, everything you need to be self sufficient. Pretty central to the island so you can base from there and see everthing within 2 hours at most. Penguins were amazing. Will be back for sure.

Loved our stay at Tu Emuz, Emu Bay , Hosts Wilma and Eric were great to communicate with ,directions easy to follow ,all that you needed was supplied ,loved the wood heater so easy to lite and so warm , nice and central to everything on the island not to mention there own nesting Penguins

Superlative views !

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and well appointed stone cottage. We loved the beautiful gardens complete with little penguins and resident echidna. We really enjoyed having breakfast and evening drinks overlooking the garden and watching the colours over the ocean as the sun went down. Our hosts were friendly and generous, and we so appreciated them sharing their wonderful home .

We really liked this property - it was our highlight of all places during our trip to Kangaroo Island. Eric & Wilma are delightful hosts in all respects. The view is wonderful and the facilities are really good. Access to the beach is terrific and the ability to see kangaroos, echidnas, dolphins & penguins really rounded out our experience at Emu Bay! We had a most memorable stay in this property.....

2 night stay at Emu Beach villa

Home is an amazing location with view of ocean with a quick walk to a secluded beach. We could hear the penguins come in at night but couldn't see them. We did enjoy seeing other wildlife and loved the chickens! The host was quick to answer phone/questions about check in even though they were on their own vacation. I could not open the instructions on check in due to limited coverage in the area and overseas phone plan. Only disappointment was that there were of 3 of us and the second bed was not made when we got there. We had to go in search of sheets to make it ourselves because only blankets were available in the closet. Other than that, our stay was incredibly amazing.

3 Rookery Rd, Emu Bay

This a wonderful property. It is a two bedroom flat attached to the main house but it is totally private. The accommodation is first rate, with very comfortable beds, stunning views, a modern bathroom and very well appointed living area. The position is secured from the main front beach at Emu Bay, it overlooks a small, sandy bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely spot.

Such a gorgeous setting

A perfect place to stay although the living space is small but cosy. Our host was very attentive and informative. Look for the Echidnas when heading down to the beach and we luckily saw a Mum and baby Koala in the driveway. If staying more than a few days take an esky as the bar fridge is not large enough for drinks.

Incredible property

We loved tu emuz property. Lovely cottage with incredible ocean views, very secluded with nothing between the property and the ocean. A highlight was seeing the little fairy penguins that lived on the property. We had an amazing stay, faultless accommodation with lovely owners, would highly recommend.
