Biggest gripe there was no air conditioning or fans on a very hot weekend. Door was hard to open Shower head wouldn’t stay up Comfortable beds and tidy room

First night's stay after an amazing first day of the Queen Charlotte Track. What a lovely way to end a perfect day.

Cons: Insect excrement in the cutlery container, old sock under the bed, broken chair, not enough coffee sachets for coffee for four, mouse poo on the bench
