Nothing effected from Hurricanes Helene & Milton. HIGH & DRY!! 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceilings, overlooks tennis/ pickle ball courts. The unit has a bright kitchen that opens to the dinette and living room. Master suite (king size bed) with a walk in closet, full bath, flat screen TV and sliders with direct access to the screened lanai. The 2nd bedroom (2 twin beds) has a WIC and private full bathroom. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Access the screened lanai from the master bedroom or living room sliders. Cape Haze Marina is across the road and down 1 block. Great convenient location. Easy drive to Boca Grande and Englewood beach or the many nearby golf courses. Condo complex has heated/cooled pool, clubhouse (with many activities), small gym w/equipment, shuffle board courts, 2 rubberized tennis and pickle ball courts. Peaceful, non smoking community for active adults or just relax. WiFi included. Full size washer & dryer.

Excellent Condo and Location!!!

Very nice and well stocked condo! Location was perfect and so convenient to everything that we were in the area for. Don is an excellent host very attentive and responded immediately when we needed him…. Including locking ourselves out at 10 o’clock at night he was kind enough to come over and give us a spare key and let us in.!! We would stay here again!

Our host was so helpful. We had everything we needed to stay. He condo was bright and very clean. We were right across from the swimming pool and tennis court. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. There were things to so everyday and weekend parties . Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
