This Manasota Key beach retreat is waiting to welcome you to serene seaside living. Just a short walk from private deeded beach access, this studio apartment makes the perfect home away from home for a Gulf Coast getaway.

Showcasing stylish coastal design, this walk-up apartment comes fully furnished for modern guest comfort. Soak up some rays while enjoying a nice long walk on the beach or cool off inside and kick back on the plush leather sofa while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The updated kitchen showcases gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances for home cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. For casual meals, utilize one of the shared grills, complete with the necessary utensils. Sip coffee on the back patio or dine together at the cafe table. Additional perks include free WiFi and a shared washer/dryer for on-site convenience. An assortment of beach gear is also provided as a shared guest amenity.

Take a ride on the complimentary golf cart shuttle service to explore Manasota Key and sample some of the local cuisine. Look out for shark teeth, which are famously in abundance all over the beach.

There are grills, beach items (chairs, floaties, wagons, etc.) and washer and dryer in the attached garage that are shared.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
