Welcome to "The Pool House" at Stump Pass Place Resort. Come as you are, kick off your shoes, and immerse yourself into this little tropical Paradise. Located on the southern tip of Manasota Key, "The Pool House" is a destination within itself offering couples and family's a wonderful value added vacation and a great guest experience as well. This listing is for a 2 Bedroom, one bathroom suite. This house is a duplex, with another 2 Bedroom, one Bathroom Suite on the opposite side. Both suites share access to our private heated pool.

At our resort you will feel right at home the minute you arrive. From lush tropical landscaping to a spotless accommodation, we like to think we've thought of everything to make your stay both memorable and enjoyable.

NO ferries or water taxi needed. Just drive over the bridge to our island and enjoy your freedom and spontaneity.

The Pool House offers a boutique style vacation on the southern tip of Manasota Key. Included in your stay will be a heated swimming pool, bicycles, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, private outdoor showers with hot water, corn hole court, beach supplies, and much more! The Pool House comes recommended by the locals and is a great spot for any occasion! With a unique location and unmatched amenities, we have everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Just a 3 minute walk to our neighborhood beach or a just 4 minute walk to Stump Pass State Park at the end of our street. Here you can go to the beach, launch the water toys, and make lifelong memories. Stump Pass State Park has one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in all of Florida!

Make sure to take full advantage of our FREE Kayaks, Sups, beach wagons, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers and more!!

When quality and cleanliness are important, The Pool House delivers on both and more! Lush tropical landscaping welcomes you to your suite. Enter into the open floor plan, living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Cook, dine, or relax by the pool or your own back yard patio. This area is truly a tropical paradise complete with Weber grill, commercial grade outdoor table, chairs, chaise lounges, lush landscaping and soft night lighting. Don't forget to experience showering in our custom made outdoor showers. There's just nothing like showering outside under they blue sky and tropical palm trees.

The wildlife here is amazing! You will see pelicans diving for fish, osprey in tree tops, and herons on the beach. Dolphins and manatee are always swimming the shoreline and sea turtles choose this paradise to lay their eggs. Don't forget to bring your camera! Also make sure to look down in the sand, Prehistoric shark teeth and beautiful shells are never hard to find and are abundant on the beaches of the Key. Go shelling then return home to rinse your souvenirs in our custom made Shell Cleaning Station.

FYI, this listing can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children, 6 in total. Top bunks may be used by children and college age guests, not full size adults.

Manasota Key stay

Everything was just as advertised in the listing. Very clean, very close to the beach. The only negative is there is no ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom making it fairly warm. Pool was clean and heated, lots of pool seating. All the amenities were great! Great local eats.

Great close place to Stump Pass State Park

Our family had a super relaxing and enjoyable family vacation while staying in your accommodations! The house was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, spacious living room and full kitchen/dining room. The outside had plenty of seating for relaxing in the shade although the pool could have used some shade. We weren’t sure what the combo was for the pull out shade so not sure we were permitted to use it but would have been nice to have. Bikes were fun but one smaller kid bike would have been better for our 10 year old to use. Beach wagon was super helpful, kayaks a blast and boogie boards got a lot of use! Great location and super clean

The location is very ideal. Easy walking distance to state park beach. Loved the shell/foot wash and the extra beach accessories! We also enjoyed the bikes to see the area. The place was very clean. We enjoyed the heated pool too! Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect spot

Paradise!

Everything was amazing! This was our first time to Manasota Key but won't be our last now. Property had everything you need plus more. Our kids loved the pool and the beach was beautiful and not crowded and busy like most others. Perfect vacation getaway. Host was great and responds within minutes. We will definitely be back!

Cozy getaway

Small but well appointed; had everything we needed for our stay. Nice outdoor spaces. Very easy check in process. There is a short walk to the beach, appreciate that the host has chairs, small coolers, paddle boards n kayaks available. There are also bikes available. The guests next door have access to the pool that is attached to the unit n it was a bit uncomfortable to have strangers in “our” backyard/pool. it’s the only thing I’d change about the stay. Overall, we had a good stay!

Everything You Could Want for a Quiet Beach Vacation

This was our second stay and we loved it even more than last year! Everything you could need for the beach and activities is provided, pool is very nice, nice privacy on the property for outdoor dining and relaxing, kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and the place is close to beach, bay, restaurants and Stump Pass. Lovely week at the beach

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Having the pool just steps from the back door was such a treat for our 3 boys! The rental was very well-appointed and extremely clean. All amenities stated in the listing were accurate. The double bunk beds and our queen bed were all very comfortable. The public beach and kayak launch at Stump Pass State Park is an easy few minute walk away. From beginning to end, Peter was very responsive and patient with all my questions. I loved staying in Manasota Key! It is so chill and beautiful. Plus we found a handful of shark's teeth at the beach, which my kids thought was really cool. I'd definitely stay at any of the properties of Stump's Pass Place in the future.

Great location and amenities

This unit is right on the end of Manasota Key with a state park beach just a quick walk or bike ride away. From that park you get the beach on one side and a kayak launch on the bay. We got out for a paddle and saw dolphins each time. Great sunsets. Good shelling and shark tooth hunting on the beach (better further down the beach). Bikes are comfortable and a easy way to get around. Stumpy's Free Ride will run you to restaurants in a golf cart. Free but really they do it for tips. Amenities at the unit provide you the ability to enjoy this end of the island really well. Great place to stay.

Great location, all the amenities you could want

The location on Englewood Beach was perfect, so close to Stump Pass Park and walkable to restaurants. Nice bikes, kayaks and all the equipment you could need. Nice property, well decorated and comfortable, well-stocked kitchen and a very nice pool (although heater was not on due to a problem). Peter was super responsive to a couple of questions. We would love to come back again!

The most thoughtful host ever

The property was spotless. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. The host was extremely prompt with answering any and all questions we had within minutes. The location was perfect for the low-key rest we needed. Yet within easy driving if you are looking for stuff to do. Everything was more perfect than we could have ever imagined.
