We invite you to experience the Beaches, Dearborn Street, fishing, water sports, walking trails, golf, pickleball, dining, shopping, Major League Baseball Spring Training, Farmers Markets, festivals, Lemon Bay Park, Myakka, Venice, Manasota Key and everything the area has to offer.

This unique home has been designed and accessorized specifically to provide a private oasis for making memories and living the Englewood experience. Stepping inside reveals a completely renovated living space bathed in light featuring Central Air Conditioning/Heat, vinyl floors, and updated kitchen/bathrooms. The split floor plan features an open living/dining area with flat screen TV and sound bar wrapped with cozy seating including a sectional sleeper sofa. Sliding doors open the living/dining area and the two back bedrooms to a screened in pool/lanai offering shade and sun, gas grill, a 6-seat dining table, a 4-seat pub bar with kitchen pass-through, a foosball table, and a second flat screen TV for entertainment poolside. The newly-resurfaced pool includes a shallow end, deep end, bench with spa jets, and solar blanket. Thought and care has been taken so that many Sweet Spot features make it easier for you to relax and immerse in Englewood - private fenced backyard with tropical landscaping, intimate fire pit, and outdoor shower; 2-car garage with home gym, laundry, and second refrigerator; beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, shark tooth sifters, coolers, paddleboards, kayaks, kayak carts, bicycles (adult and youth sized), kids scooters, and adult tricycles. Roll out the ping pong table or cornhole game for more outdoor fun. The 4-seater golf cart comes equipped with a flag pole for local cruising and a trailer hitch for jockeying the custom-made golf cart kayak/paddleboard trailer down to Lemon Bay Park. The west side yard with double gate even provides ample parking space for a trailered boat, should you decide.
