Looking for a quiet place without vis-à-vis, far from mass tourism and in a bucolic setting?
Villa with pool in the countryside on a plot of 1 ha fully enclosed with typical Mediterranean vegetation (olive trees, pines, carob, oak, rosemary, thyme ...) located 4 km from Enguera, a typical small village inland 70 km from Valencia, 120 km from Alicante and 20 km from Játiva.
The single storey house has two adult rooms (beds 150x200) with storage including one with bathroom wc and a mezzanine, two children's rooms with storage (beds 130x190), a bathroom toilet, a kitchen entirely equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine), lounge-library, dining room with central fireplace for winter stays and air conditioning for hot days.
All windows have mosquito nets for your comfort.
Outside a large covered terrace with dining room and lounge overlooking the pool.

Belle maison et isolée dans les collines

Belle maison meublée avec goût. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont très bien. Séjour très bien passé, cependant il manque un micro onde et quelques casseroles. La piscine n'est pas assez bien nettoyée, l'eau et trouble, il faudrait passer l'aspirateur au fond de la piscine pour récupérer tous les insectes. C'est dommage que l'arbre devant la piscine lui fasse de l'ombre à partir de 15h, a 17h elle est totalement à l'ombre!! A part ceci tous est très bien.

En general todo bien, si es verdad que los primeros días no fueron lo esperado, mucho ruido de otros chalets que estaban de fiesta y el agua de la piscina estaba turbia y por ello no apetecible para el baño. Pero el chalet bonito y cómodo para pasar unas vacaciones.

Agréable séjour au calme

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la campagne au calme. Par contre, il n'y a que la piscine qui est sans vis-à-vis, c'est dommage.Dans la maison, tout est propre et moderne, comme sur la description, il manquait juste une ou deux casseroles pour cuisiner, pour le reste la cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a des jeux de société, une bibliothèque,.... Ade et Vicente sont très gentils. Nathalie toujours disponible si besoin. Un grand merci à Nathalie, Ade et Vicente

Super Villa

super villa a Engura. Très bon contacte avec la propriétaire Elle est disponible tres rapidement si besoins. Très bien accueilli par Ade pour la remise des clés. Villa propre, spacieux, très bien équipée. Super jardin et piscine idyllique pour de très bonnes vacances entre repos et soleil. Je conseille vivement cette villa. Merci a vous . Stephane.

Espectacular

La casa magnífica, tiene de todo y la piscina ni te cuento . Amparo, muy atenta y buena gente. Por la noche es alucinante todas las estrellas y La Paz que se respira. Y ni que decir de Nathalie una persona súper atenta en todo momento, recibiendo toda la estancia un trato excelente.

Villa grand standing

Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 4 enfants nous avons été très bien accueillis pas Nathalie . Villa très bien située très bien entretenue, bien équipée très propre et décorée avec goût. Piscine sans vis à vis. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux.je recommande cette villa pour les familles avec enfants .
