Guests will find a spectacular home with all windows overlooking the Pacific Ocean.There is not one single room that is not ocean front, which makes this home an amazing experience. The house is located 5 miles north of Ensenada and 15 miles to El Valle de Guadalupe (wine country). And 60 miles south of the border with San Diego California. The whole house has been recently remodeled with a state of art spacious kitchen, wine refrigerators, professional stove and subzero refrigerators. Italian floors, marble tops and just the best of the best. Downstairs you have an equipped office, two living rooms, kitchen, deck with a pizza oven, laundry room and half bath. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, full baths, a jetted bathtub, plus a cozy living room featuring a sofa for an extra guest. The house offers an enclosed car garage, a big patio and secure system throughout the property. The house is newer and modernized . Kitchen has all new high end Viking appliances. Host is easy to communicate with and very attentive. We only had one minor issue upon arriving but the Host was on it and had it resolved within 30 minutes. House is fantastic in so many ways , However for some people may not like being the first house next to HWY 1 so the truck engine brakes and cars can be bothersome to some people. The 2 car garage is fantastic, however if you have a truck or large SUV you will not fit into garage but there is a couple parking spots outside.
