No es el primer lugar en el que nos hospedamos en valle de Guadalupe y claramente esta es la mejor opción para hospedarse ya que este lugar es mágico superó nuestras espectativas, súper recomendado, muy bonito, céntrico para cualquier lado que tú quieras visitar,el personal es muy amable y servicial súper atentos listos para ayudarte en todo momento sin olvidar las instalaciones muy limpias y seguras.

An absolutely beautiful property - gorgeous, modern, well-appointed charming and quiet. The service was excellent, and there were many nice touches. Highly recommend this for a luxurious stay in the Valle.

Very nice
El Cielo is a very nice place to relax. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The master suite was very nice and large. The bathrooms are excellent. The bed was excellent. The sheets and pillows are premium as well as the bath towels. The people are friendly and the service is excellent. The birds outside in the morning are delightful as well as the frogs and other pond life at night. It’s a first class experience overall. The roads surrounding the resort need to be repaired due to numerous pot holes, but overall I highly recommend El Cielo resort.

Esta es la cuarta vez que me hospedo en el cielo . Sin embargo en esta ocasión no fue la mejor experiencia. El servicio al cliente por parte de algunos de los colaboradores del hoteles no fue el mejor. La limpieza de la habitación fue deficiente. No nos cambiaron las sábanas , no barrerieron dos dias seguidos, dejaron los platos sucios a la salida de la habitación . Por otra parte Alex la hostess del Restaurante Latitud 32 muy grosera . Nos negó Mesa el día 1 de Enero aun cuando tenia mesas disponibles y reservaciones disponibles . Cuando le dijimos que éramos huéspedes del hotel, se rio y dijo bueno pues tengo mesa en el exterior. Sumamente grosera. En general esta vez la experiencia no fue la mejor.
