This is a strictly smoke-free property. No cigarettes, vapes, cigars, or any smoking of any kind inside the home or on the property. Violation results in a $250 fee plus additional remediation costs — we appreciate your respect for this policy. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM to 8AM.
