The French door from the dining room leads you outside to a side yard for your private use with a gas grill for your grilling out.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has windows facing the water, a king bed, and an en suite bath with a double whirlpool/shower. Sleep overlooking the harbor with the sound of the waves. You will find the spacious second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with twin trundle beds. So the home offers a full variety of bed options. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom that has a separate shower and separate tub.

The house offers everything you might possibly need including dishwasher and dish soap, all dishes, glassware etc., toilet paper, hairdryer in each bathroom and more including your own washer/dryer. All clean linens and towels are provided. Of course, the best high speed wireless internet and cable TV. And central A/C. Expect an exceptionally clean house.
