The best option in the area. The condition in the rooms can definitely be improved, the heating system seems to be out of control. However, the front desk ladies are the most nice and helpful that I’ve ever met.

Welcoming Reception, Room Needs Improvement

The reception area was clean, modern, and inviting, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite basic and a little dated, but fine for a short stay as we spent most of our time exploring Lake Como. The bathroom could benefit from some maintenance, as there was some mould on the shower tiles that could be easily treated. Additionally, the towels had an unusual smell, which could be improved with fresher laundry practices. Overall, a convenient base with welcoming staff, but with room for some simple improvements.

Perfect area for business travel. But if you expect convenience in shopping or entertainment nearby. Sorry that it’s not there. The hotel conditions are good. Staffs are very polite and good in service. As I only stayed one night there, I didn’t use the facilities there and thus have no comment.

Non posso esprimere un parere sulla colazione perchĂ© non sono riuscito a farla. L’ingresso e la reception sono belli ma le camere non sono assolutamente a livello di un 4 stelle. La struttura ha grosse potenzialitĂ  ma necessita di un deciso restyling! Nel complesso un hotel 3 stelle senza lode e senza infamia.

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  11h en moto sous des trombes d'eau !! L'enregistrement normalement Ă©tait Ă  14h mais nous avons pu avoir la chambre tout de suite. Le personnel Ă  l'accueil Ă©tait d'une trĂšs grande gentillesse, trĂšs sympathique et d'un trĂšs grand professionnalisme. Petit dĂ©jeuner au top, idem la dame qui s'occupe du petit dĂ©jeuner et trĂšs sympa et souriante et elle est au petit soin avec tous les clients. La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs spacieuse avec une grande porte fenĂȘtre et un grand balcon. La literie Ă©tait trĂšs confortable. Merci Ă©galement pour l'entretien de la chambre durant nos 4 jours c'Ă©tait trĂšs propre. Excellent hĂŽtel !! Merci.

Parfait pour une Ă©tape

TrĂšs bien pour faire une Ă©tape sur la route des vacances, ou dĂ©couvrir CĂŽme Ă  20 minutes en voiture. TrĂšs belle dĂ©coration dans le hall. Petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  amĂ©liorer nettement, tant sur la quantitĂ© que sur le choix et la qualitĂ© de certains produits (viennoiseries), pas de pĂąte Ă  tartiner embĂȘtant quand les enfants ne mangent pas de confiture ou de salĂ© le matin... Une serveuse trĂšs gentille, le serveur lui Ă©tait peu agrĂ©able. La dame de la rĂ©ception Ă©tait adorable et parlait français. La piscine Ă©tait en travaux, dommage en plein mois d’aoĂ»t, mais elle n’était pas mentionnĂ©e dans la prĂ©sentation de l’hĂŽtel lorsque nous avons rĂ©servĂ©, donc on ne peut pas leur en vouloir. Petit bĂ©mol, la Clim Ă©tait bruyante, nous y Ă©tions en pleine canicule
