doit être un peu remis au gout du jour au regard du prix de location
Au regard du prix de location, le matériel mis à disposition pour la cuisine est vétuste pour un logement familial cuisiner est compliqué. Des mauvaises odeurs persistantes sont présentes comme si occupé par un ancien fumeur. Le lit adulte n'est pas confortable et grince tout le temps. Ayant l'habitude de partir dans des logements équivalents et ce logement est bien en dessous de ce qu'il devrait être par rapport au prix de location.

Bonne situation
Le logement est simple mais fonctionnel. La communication avec l'hôte, qui est très sympthique, s'est faite facilement par mail et sms avant et pendant le séjour. L'hôte était également présent le jour de notre arrivée pour nous présenter la résidence et le logement. L'escalier pour l'accès aux chambres est raide et étroit, c'est presque une échelle de meunier, à préciser peut-être dans l'annonce parce que ça peut impacter certaines personnes. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce à part qu'il n'y a pas de wi-fi. C'est dommage d'autant plus que la 4G (Orange) passe mal dans le quartier. L'autre point négatif du logement est le manque de rangement, qu'elle que soit la pièce. Quelques meubles et étagères pourraient être ajoutés pour ranger les habits, les courses, les produits de toilette, ...
Le gros point fort de ce logement est sa situation, à moins de 5 min. de la plage, qui est un spot pour le surf et le kite, plusieurs sites et le bourg accessibles à vélo, à 10min. de la Presqu'ile de Quiberon, à 20min d'Auray ou de Carnac,. En face de la résidence, place commerciale avec une pizzeria, une crêperie, une épicerie, un loueur de vélo, un vendeur de matériel de surf et un bar avec groupe de musique le soir (heureusement le double vitrage est efficace). Et à quelques mètres, un mini-golf et des structures de jeu pour les enfants.
Malgré l'absence de wi-fi, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Einfach aber gut. Toller Strand, kleines Ferienzentrum fussläufig, am WE laute Musik, viel mit dem Rad unterwegs [ gemietet, die vor Ort für uns zu klein]

Très bonne impression. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil du propriétaire, la piscine même si l’eau était un peu froide, la présence de quelques commerces à proximité et la plage qui n’était pas loin.

Klein, aber fein
Kleines Haus, jedoch verhältnismäßig großer Garten mit Gartenmöbeln (inkl. 2 Sonnenschirmen), den wir aufgrund des wunderbaren Wetters auch gut nutzen konnten. Ruhig gelegen, jedoch in der Nähe eines kleinen (saisonalen?) Supermarkts / Creperie / Pizzeria (haben wir lediglich zum morgendlichen Brotkauf genutzt). In Laufnähe zum herrlichen Sandstrand von Kerhilio.
Insgesamt gut ausgestattet; jedoch war die in der deutschen Beschreibung erwähnte Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden (was uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört hat). Würde ich wieder buchen.
