Beautiful villa in Evia Greece 4km from the town of Eretria, 95km from Athens. The villa which is recently renovated is on the beach with fantastic view .The property has big pine trees and also a lawn area suitable for children to play
Tv, wifi ,washing machine.The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. The three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located in the main house. There is a small independent house in the garden with a bedroom kitchen and bathroom.
