Der gesamte CheckIn-Prozess war sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Kontakt zur Leitung war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wegen der großen Hitze wurde uns 1 Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, der bei unserer späten Abendankunft auch schon lief und die Nacht für uns erträglich machte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und den gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum („Stube“) haben wir nicht genutzt; beides sah aber sehr einladend aus. Die 2 Gemeinschaftsbäder / -WCs waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es hat überhaupt nicht gestört, dass wir kein eigenes Bad hatten. Der Weg zum Bahnhof und weiter in die Altstadt war mit Bus und Tram gut zu bewältigen. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Erfurt kommen, werden wir hier gerne wieder übernachten. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
