Service and Amenities have become slack

We stay at this hotel 3-4 times a year because it is in a good location for visiting our family. We have noticed over the last year that the hotel’s services and amenities have declined. Ex: On our last 3 visits, our room has not been ready when we arrived. Check in is at 3:00 but when arriving after 4:00 it still isn’t ready. Also, the same ice machines have been broken since our visit in August of 2024 along with the guest laundry machines. You would think they would have been repaired over a 7 month period of time. Also, the key cards to our room were deactivated everyday so we would have to go to the front desk to have them reactivated. Finally, house keeping isn’t very good at doing their job. We had to go ask for towels and toilet paper which has been the norm for the past several stays. We are disappointed since we like the location and we like the way the hotel used to be so we hope they will make some positive changes.

Walls are thin

My stay was one night, the room was clean and a great breakfast, easy cheak in. The bad was I was on the first floor and the walls and ceilings are not sound proofs, i could hear banging and people packing up early and couldn't sleep in.

I did not like the fact that they had no TV only three channels. Secondly, there was no hot water in the facility to take a shower the next morning. I hope I reconsider staying there next time I visit the casino which is monthly.
