Paper towel holder was empty. My biggest issue was the lack of bath/swim towels. We did not have the ability of having clean towels during our visit. I feel there should be a better turn around time for laundry. We were I formed uninvited guests used all the towels. Other than that, it was a good stay. The room was great with all the amenities.

While most things about this facility standard for any hotel, there were two areas that were clearly very deficient. It snowed in this area at least 24 hours prior to my arrival. The entryway from the driveway into the hotel was more than 20 feet and covered with ice. This is clearly a safety issue which the staff of this hotel does not care about. The other issue is the temperature of the hot water. When filling the tub, I will say I have never in my life have I found water as HOT as I did here.
