My first room didn’t have any heat. They switched me to another room that didn’t have hot water. The manager is unprofessional along with the front desk staff. I didn’t stay my booking and they didn’t refund my money.

Room was very clean, lots of space and up to date. Cake stocked with all the dishes, pans and appliances you could need. Staff was very friendly and easy access to the Waterpark. We traveled with a dog as well. Room was close to an exit and dog walking area.

The room and staff where phenomenal. Indoor pool was kept clean and clear, the hallways where also kept clean and clear. We couldn't really hear the neighbors at all which is nice for a hotel. The breakfast was delightful with multiple options to pick from.
