The house is very outdated. It was not clean, there were vermin (rats) and there were many problems with the water. Because of that my collegues left early.

Familienurlaub
Wir konnten im Anwesen von Herrn Stadler einen entspannten Familienurlaub verbringen. Das kleine, zutrauliche Hündchen Babica in einem Bereich des Hofes hat das Interesse unserer Gäste geweckt. Die Kapelle auf dem Anwesen konnte benutzt werden und verdient einer extra Erwähnung. In den Schlafräumen wären kleine Stehlampen von Vorteil. Wir haben uns mit Campingleuchten beholfen, so dass wir dieses Problem selbst gelöst haben. Da wir Zugriff auf verschiedene Reinigungsmittel hatten, konnte jeder individuell seinem Bedürfnis in dieser Hinsicht nachkommen. Herr Stadler war stets bemüht, innerhalb kürzester Zeit Abhilfe für kleine Problemchen zu schaffen. Angenehm empfanden wir die Möglichkeit, Getränke vor Ort zu kaufen, die reichlich bereit standen.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit einiger Kritik
Es war ein schöner Urlaub für die Kinder. +offen und genügend Platz für alle +netter Besitzer -schmuddelige Küche -nicht voll ausgestattet -keine Handtücher vorhanden -2 Duschen im selben Raum ist für uns als Wohngruppe und Gruppen die nicht sehr eng miteinander ungeeignet -Besitzer wohnt mit im Haus ohne separate Wohnung (bsp. wir essen zusammen zu Mittag in der Küche und eher geht rein uns raus) -der Handyempfang ist so gut wie nicht vorhanden und auch das WLAN funktioniert kaum und nur an bestimmten Stellen

Sehr ländlich gelegen. Ausstattung ist ok. Viel Platz drinnen und draußen für gemütliche Tage und Abende. Leider gibt es keine Mückennetze an den Fenstern, sodass man nach dem Lüften von Mücken zerstochen wird.

Absolute Ruhe, viel Platz
Wer hier Urlaub bucht, kann sich auf absolute Ruhe - bis auf den Hund ;) und bei wolkenlosem Himmel auf einen wunderschönen Sternenhimmel freuen. Die Straße, die am Grundstück vorbei führt, ist kaum befahren und das große Grundstück lädt zum Stromern ein. In der Erntezeit darf gepflückt und vertilgt werden. Zum Einkaufen und für Unternehmungen muss man Fahrzeit in Kauf nehmen. Empfehlen können wir den Badesee in Perach (15 Minuten mit dem Auto). Im Haus ist Platz für 12 Personen, die am riesigen Esstisch in der Küche auch alle Platz haben. Geschirr und Besteck sind genug vorhanden, ansonsten gleicht die Ausstattung der Küche vieler Ferienhäuser - ein Sammelsurium verschiedener Dinge und irgendwas fehlt immer. Küche und Aufenthaltsraum befinden sich im Erdgeschoss (es ist kein Wohnzimmer mit Sofas, es erinnert eher an einen Gastraum mit Tischen und Bänken - perfekt für Gesellschaftsspiele), die Schlafräume sind oben. Ungewöhnlich ist, dass die Gastgeber mit im Haus wohnen und keine separate Wohnung haben. Das stellte sich aber nicht als problematisch heraus, es gibt trotz räumlicher Nähe kaum Berührungspunkte. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und unkompliziert und es gibt nicht 1.000 Regeln zu beachten. Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass es in den Schlafzimmern Vorhänge gibt, die wirklich abdunkeln, so dass man im Sommer nicht schon um 5 Uhr von der Sonne geweckt wird und die Kinder abends besser einschlafen können. Das Haus eignet sich gut für kleine Gruppen (4 Zimmer à 3 Betten) oder 2 Familien. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Andere Häuser sind komfortabler eingerichtet, dafür aber teurer. Wer etwas mehr Komfort möchte, wird hier Abstriche machen müssen, z. B. gab es bei unserem Besuch keine Nachttischlampen. Wem es nicht auf viel Schnickschnack ankommt, der wird hier einen schönen Urlaub erleben.
