Each of our three very spacious apartments with private terrace has sea and mountain views and is beautifully and comfortably furnished in a tasteful style. Modern and very well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Of course, there is air conditioning and well functioning heating. The pool (11.60 m x 6.50 m) and the beautiful, large beaches invite you to swim. The terrace with barbecue has an amazing view on the surrounding landscape. There is a large, closed and secured space to park your car. Everything else is within less than 3.5 km: bars, restaurants, taverns, shops, car and bicycle rental, supermarkets, wellness salons, doctors and pharmacies. The beach with taverns is only 1.5 km away. Very recommendable for day trips are the archaeological sites of Mycenae, Argos or the theatre of Epidaurus. Also Nafplio with its citadel, shops, cafés, restaurants, streets and squares is well worth a visit.

Havre de paix à Porto Heli

Havre de paix située sur les hauteurs de Porto Héli tout près de la mer. Vue à 360 deg sur les oliveraies, sur l’île Spetses, la mer..Magnifique! Accueil très chaleureux de Thierry et Régine. ils sont de bons conseils pour les restaurants, les visites..Logement au calme très bien Équipé et soigné. Merci aux superbes hôtes Régine et Thierry!

Excellent séjour

Calme et vue splendide dans cette incroyable maison au sommet d’une colline. Tout y est pour y passer un excellent séjour, à commencer par les hôtes, Régine et Thierry, qui nous ont accueilli chez eux, comme si nous nous connaissions depuis toujours. Notre fille aînée gardera un souvenir mémorable de ces vacances Grecques grâce à eux !

Séjour exceptionnel en Grèce

La propriété de Régine et Thierry ,composée de plusieurs appartements très propres et fonctionnels qui s'articulent autour d'une grande piscine est remarquable notamment grâce à sa vue à couper le souffle qui nous est offerte lorsqu'on arrive chez eux. Au delà de la situation et des équipements sur lesquels nous n'avons rien à redire, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse et l'accueil chaleureux qui nous nous été réservés par Régine et Thierry. lls aiment et connaissent parfaitement leur région et se sont toujours montrés de bon conseil (restos, plages, lieux à visiter, etc...) pour nous orienter ! Un véritable atout quand on ne connaît pas le coin. Ce fut un merveilleux séjour (que nous avons finalement décidé de prolonger d'une semaine) que nous avons passé et garderons un super souvenir de ces vacances en famille. Nous recommandons la propriété de Régine et Thierry les yeux fermés. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur si bel accueil, nous reviendrons dès que possible.

Top Ausstattung in wundervoller Lage

Régine & Thierry sind tolle Gastgeber eines sehr gepflegten Anwesens. Etwas schwierig zu erreichen, aber man wird mit einem sensationellen Ausblick, Ruhe und einem fantastischen Sternenhimmel belohnt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Tip Tip gepflegter Pool und edle Außenmöbel runden den sehr guten Eindruck ab.

Fantastische Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Wunderschöne Apartments mit zwei Terrassen, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, großer wunderschöner Pool, sehr sympathische, aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die viele wertvolle Tipps ( Sehenswertes, Strände, Restaurants) geben und jedes Problem sofort lösen. Absolut traumhaft!

360-Grad-Panoramavilla mit traumhaftem Pool in herrlich ruhiger Lage! Alles war perfekt. Das Appartment blitzsauber, die gesamte Anlage top gepflegt. Thierry und Régine sind tolle Gastgeber (Danke für den Bergrüßungs- und Geburtstagsumtrunk!), die jederzeit verfügbar sind und sich sofort um alles kümmern. Man merkt, dass sie viel Zeit und Liebe in ihr Anwesen investieren! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche dort - und nur die Qual der Wahl zwischen tollem Pool oder tollen Stränden😉. Merci beaucoup!

Alles perfekt! Herausragend und erwähnenswert ist die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde, man fühlt sich nicht als zahlender Gast, angefangen vom Abholen im Ort über den Empfangsapertif, den gefüllten Kühlschrank, das selbstgebackene Brot etc. Ebenso die Kommunikation, die schnell und unkompliziert war, vor der Reise wie vor Ort! Cette très belle villa divisée en 3 appartements se situe sur les hauteurs de Porto Héli ,il vous faudra donc impérativement une voiture pour y accéder .4 minutes de montée sur une petite route caillouteuse vous mèneront à Alphavilla .Vue sublime garantie à l'arrivée .Les appartements disposent de 2 terrasses qui vous permettront de profiter de la montagne d'un côté et de la mer de l'autre .Les appartements sont modernes,confortables ,parfaitement entretenus et équipés.La piscine est vaste avec transats ombre ou soleil .Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et valorisent la villa .Espace barbecue à votre disposition .La petite station de Porto Heli toute proche est très animée,bars et restos sympas .Coup de coeur pour Maestraki ,une petite taverne au bord de l'eau à quelques minutes de la villa où vous pourrez manger à toute heure et profiter de leur charmante plage équipée de transats mis à disposition ,cadre idyllique 💕 Quant aux propriétaires ,vous serez accueillis chaleureusement ,Régine et Thierry sont très agréables ,prévenants et à l'écoute de vos demandes .Ils sont présents tout en restant discrets .Thierry vous fournira d'excellents conseils et astuces pour visiter la région qu'il connaît parfaitement ,de très nombreux sites sont incontournables . Bref ,une adresse que l'on quitte à regrets et qu'il nous tarde de retrouver pour des prochaines vacances ...

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les hôtes avec apéritif de bienvenue et nombreux renseignements sur la région et les restaurants L appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Le Paradis en Argolide

C'est notre 2ème séjour chez Alphavilla et c'est tjrs aussi merveilleux. La villa avec sa vue à 360 degrés, sa magnifique piscine, les appartements d'une propreté impeccable et surtout l'acceuil et la gentillesse de Régine & Thierry qui sont toujours au petit soin pour leurs hôtes . Je recommande vivement Alphavilla, un vrai havre de zénitude 👍

Perfect!

Over the past years we have rented places like this several times in both Spain, France, Italy and this time Greece. Alphavilla is number one of them with regards to the house and its interior, the pool and the view. Everything was in perfect condition and any problem would be solved immediately. And the view - nothing beats a glass of rosé wine and a book on the porch or by the pool with that view! Règine et Thierry speak a wonderful mix of french, german and english which allowed everyone in the family to communicate (we are danish). Thierry waited for us in Port Heli to show the way to the house, which would not have been possible without him. On the way to the house he showed us the supermarket, the bakery etc. which was an advantage in the following days. In the house Thierry and Règine welcomed us with appetizers and interesting stories about their lives before and after Greece. And we enjoyed not having to go to the bakery the first morning with their freshly baked bread and the things bought for us in the fridge. Very nice! Port Heli is a nice small town which has it all except the hassle from loads of tourists etc. Love the ice cream at the bakery! There is some driving to the bigger tourist sites though. But the roads are in good condition and Google Maps gives reliable time estimates. We will recommend going to Epidavros and Nafplio and - as somewhat of a hidden and surprising gem - the craters in Didima, which we had all to ourselves... woaw! At the Didima taverna you can literally only choose between the two things mummy made for lunch that day. But she did it well:-) Best regards Silja (16), Konrad (16), Søren and Eva (45), Denmark.

Alles bestens!

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 13 und 15 Jahren) hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung Apollon. Das Haus, der Pool und die weitläufige Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Der BBQ-Bereich lädt zum abendlichen Verweilen ein. Thierry und seine Frau sind sehr nette und vor allem hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Kleiner Tipp: Die Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps von Thierry sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft - viel Ruhe und eine tolle Aussicht! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sehr gut vom Alltag erholt!

En Grèce, il n'y a pas que les îles....

La maison est idéalement située pour visiter le sud de de l'Argolide. Le cadre est magnifique. Les extérieurs de la propriété sont très bien entretenus tout comme l'intérieur des appartements. Les appartements sont bien conçus et il n'y a pas de promiscuité avec les autres occupants. Nous avons apprécié la " terrasse du matin" pour le petit déjeuner et la "terrasse du soir" avec vue sur la mer. Et rien à ajouter sur la piscine " Olympique " .... On n'en attend pas moins en Grèce.Thierry et Régine sont des hôtes charmants, présents mais qui savent rester discrets, toujours disponibles pour donner de précieux conseils. Très bonne adresse : à consommer sans modération!

Accueil parfait, cadre magnifique pour profiter de la vue sur la mer et d'une superbe piscine

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec nos 2 adolescents. L'appartement était magnifique confortable avec l'équipement parfait pour les vacances. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de nous avoir mis à disposition les ingrédients de base pour pouvoir cuisiner, comme huile, vinaigre, sel, beurre, confiture etc, même le pain maison pour le premier petit-déjeuner. Merci pour les conseils sur la région, tant pour les visites que pour les restaurants. On se souviendra encore de la route d'accès à la maison, ce n'est que 5 minutes depuis la ville, mais il faut l'avoir fait une fois. Cela se mérite car une fois au sommet de la colline, qu'elle vue magnifique. Merci encore à Régine et Thierry pour le soin apporté à leur maison et leur jardin magnifique, et cette belle semaine passée chez vous.
