Each of our three very spacious apartments with private terrace has sea and mountain views and is beautifully and comfortably furnished in a tasteful style. Modern and very well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Of course, there is air conditioning and well functioning heating. The pool (11.60 m x 6.50 m) and the beautiful, large beaches invite you to swim. The terrace with barbecue has an amazing view on the surrounding landscape. There is a large, closed and secured space to park your car. Everything else is within less than 3.5 km: bars, restaurants, taverns, shops, car and bicycle rental, supermarkets, wellness salons, doctors and pharmacies. The beach with taverns is only 1.5 km away. Very recommendable for day trips are the archaeological sites of Mycenae, Argos or the theatre of Epidaurus. Also Nafplio with its citadel, shops, cafés, restaurants, streets and squares is well worth a visit.

A Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay

The apartment offers excellent facilities for a visit to this eastern area of the Peloponnese. Thierry was an extremely welcoming and helpful host, concerned to ensure that our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was clean and well presented and offered everything we needed, while the pool was very welcoming at the end of each day. The house is situated at the top of a hill and the views in all directions are stunning. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here to others. One slight note of caution: the last km of approach to the house is up a very rough and in places steep track. Some drivers may find this challenging on their first experience of it.

Ruhe am tollen Pool genießen

Die Straße zur Ferienwohnung ist sehr holprig, ist man aber erstmal rauf gefahren wird man durch das sehr schöne Ambiente der Villa mit Pool belohnt. Vor allem den tollen Pool haben wir sehr genossen, die Aussicht ist ebenfalls herrlich und mit der Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung waren wir ebenfalls rundum zufrieden. Wir haben uns bei Thierry und Regine sehr willkommen gefühlt. Bei Fragen und Problemen haben sie schnell und und unkompliziert geholfen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur sehr empfehlen.

Que du bonheur

Le logement est un cocon très bien équipé et la grande piscine permet des moments de détente ensoleillés ou ombragés au choix. La propriété est très bien entretenue tout comme son jardin. L’emplacement géographique est au calme et offre une vue panoramique à 360° tant sur les collines que sur la mer. L’essentiel est accessible en moins de 10min en voiture (tous types de commerces, plage, location de bateaux, …) Thierry et Régine sont très accueillants, sans pour autant être envahissants, et il est toujours agréable de les croiser dans la semaine pour échanger. Ils sont toujours disponibles pour prodiguer des conseils et partager leur connaissance du Péloponnèse, aussi bien concernant les lieux de visites que les restaurants permettant d’apprécier les vraies spécialités culinaires grecques. Merci à eux pour cette découverte réussie de la Grèce.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir haben im August/September drei Wochen Urlaub mit meinen Eltern in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Vom Empfang/ Einchecken (Begrüßungsaperitif) bis zur Verabschiedung um 2:00 Uhr morgens lief alles perfekt, Thierry und Regine haben uns wirklich verwöhnt. Jedes unserer Anliegen wurde sofort behandelt. Den großen, wunderschönen Pool hatten wir für uns alleine. Die Aussichten von diesem herrlichen Haus waren zu jeder Tageszeit ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Gastgeber und fantastisches Ambiente , sehr gepflegte Wohnung und Pool

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich mit selbst gebackenem Brot empfangen, und der Kühlschrank war bereits mit Wasser, Saft, Butter und Marmelade gefüllt. Die Gastgeber luden uns zu einem Aperitif mit gutem Wein, Bier und kleinen Köstlichkeiten ein. Das war für uns etwas sehr besonderes. Sie gaben uns diverse Tipps für Ausflüge und eine Karte der Umgebung. Wir waren begeistert und sehr zufrieden. Diese Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Villa liegt oben auf einem Hügel, von wo aus man die schöne Aussicht genießen kann. Man sollte wissen, dass es ein recht steiler Weg dorthin ist.

Propriété très bien entretenue et très accueillante. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et prodiguent de très bons conseils sur les restaurants et les sites à visiter. Nous n'avons qu'une seule envie... C'est d'y retourner.

Un verdadero placer

Enclave idóneo para descubrir la Argólida. Todos los servicios están próximos. Los apartamentos son excelentes, de nueva construcción y bien equipados, el jardín y la zona de piscina están en muy buen estado, cuidados y acogedores. El entorno es relajante y con buenas vistas. Los propietarios, amables y atentos, son buenos conocedores de la zona, disfrutamos de un aperitivo de bienvenida en el que nos hicieron buenas recomendaciones que nos ayudaron en gran medida a planificar la estancia (excursiones, restaurantes, rutas...). Súper recomendable. Enclave idéale pour découvrir l'Argolide. On trouve tous les services à proximité. Les apartements sont excellents, récemment bâtis et très bien équipés, le jardin y l'aire de la piscine sont très bien soignés et accueillants. L'entourage apaisant et avec des belles vues. Les propriétaires, aimables et attentifs, ils connaissent bien les alentours, on a joui d'un apéritif de bienvenue où ils nous ont donné de très bonnes renseignements qui nous ont aidé grandement à propos de la planification du séjour (excursions, restaurants, routes...). À recommnader sans doute. Un vrai plaisir.

Séjour idyllique

Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans toute la région Argolide. Maison au calme en haut d'une colline dominant la mer. Appartement décoré avec goût et très bien conçu. Grande piscine très bien entretenue aux abords très bien aménagés. Thierry et Régine sont au petits soins pour leurs hôtes et fournissent de très bons conseils pour profiter des alentours et de la région. Nous y avons passé des vacances idylliques. Merci.

Merci für einen wunderbaren Urlaub

In dem idyllischen und ruhig gelegenen Anwesen mit phantastischer Aussicht haben wir 14 Tage gelebt, den großen Pool genossen, auf der Terrasse (=weiteres Zimmer!) gegessen, gelesen und gefaulenzt. Thierry und Regine sind liebenswerte, aufmerksame Gastgeber, die uns mit frisch gebackenem Brot empfangen, uns jede Menge praktische Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben und uns nebenbei noch mit Schwimmbrillen, Sonnenschirmen und Spezialcreme gegen Sonnenbrand etc. versorgt haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder nach Alphavilla!

Une très bonne semaine

Après un circuit dans le Peloponese, nous avons posé nos valises pour une semaine de repos chez Régine et Thierry. L'appartement, meublé avec goût, est fonctionnel (très grande douche avec massage). Nos enfants ont eu du mal à quitter la piscine, grande et parfaitement aménagée. L'environnement est tres calme puisque la maison se situe en haut d'une colline (très beaux couchers de soleil). Enfin, nos hôtes ont su trouver la bonne distance avec leurs locataires en assurant une présence discrete afin que le séjour se passe dans les meilleurs conditions (apéritif de bienvenue pour faire connaissance, conseils sur les bonnes adresses, pain maison, necessaire pour le petit dejeuner). location magnifique - propriétaires géniaux et de conseils toujours très judicieux.

Une telle location ne m'avait jamais été fournie au prix demandé. C'est véritablement luxueux et le couple CHATORIEUX n'est jamais envahissant mais toujours disponible , chaleureux et souriant. L'organisation d'un petit apéritif qui est offert par ce couple sert à mieux les connaitre, à organiser notre séjour selon nos envies. Ils donnent sans compter et surtout orientent nos recherches. Jamais la moindre faute de goût et toujours les bonnes adresses. Ils sont à féliciter et surtout on peut suivre leurs idées car jamais nous n'avons été déçu. BRAVO à ce couple qui aident à une réussite permanente du séjour.
