The Space:
The house is on the ground floor of the property. It features an open plan space with a living room with a double sofa-bed and a single sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower. The windows of the living room have a view to the pool and the sea and the bedroom’s to the green garden. On the outside space directly in front of the house, right next to the pool, there is a lounge and a dining table.
The garden surrounding the property is filled with grass, trees and Mediterranean plants. By the big pool you will have the chance to relax and enjoy the sun. Also, there is a specially arranged space with a dining table, a small bar and a big stone BBQ.

At the cosmopolitan beach of Porto Heli(3.7km) you will find beach-bars, seaside restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife venues as well as many activities like water sports, scuba diving and boat rentals.

From the port of Porto Heli(3.5km) you can take a boat to the small cosmopolitan islands of Spetses and Hydra. Visit the ancient city of Alieon(7km), the nearby villages of Kranidi(7km) and Koilada(10km), the seaside and picturesque Tolo(64km) and Nafplion(70km) with it’s majestic castle overlooking the city.
