Located in the peaceful Cap Armor residence in Erquy, this fully renovated 50 m² two-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests on the 2nd floor without lift access. The central beach is approximately 170 metres away and shops are within easy walking distance.
The living area includes a lounge space with sofa, coffee table and television, as well as a dining area for 4 guests. The patio door opens onto a west-facing balcony with outdoor furniture, parasol and a partial view of Erquy harbour.
The equipped open-plan kitchen makes everyday meals easy to prepare. It includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190 and wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 and wardrobe
The shower room includes a shower, washbasin, washing machine, storage unit and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate.
The west-facing balcony provides a useful outdoor space after outings, with a partial harbour view and room for simple meals or quieter breaks at the end of the day.
A box for one vehicle makes parking easier throughout the stay.
From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between the central beach, the fishing harbour approximately 600 metres away and walks towards Cap d’Erquy.
