Appartement idéalement placé, face mer et prêt du centre ville. Très confortable, Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu utiliser le store banne qui n'est pas disponible pour les locataires...Parking en sous-sol à oublier, c'est un box fermé complétement au fond et pas facile d’accès. Cet appartement est géré par une agence, qui vous reçoit à leur agence et vous laisse vous débrouiller avec des explications écrites erronées. Cet appartement est au bâtiment C, l'entrée n'est donc pas boulevard de la mer mais rue De Gaulle et desservi par un ascenseur spécifique contrairement à ce que dit le plan. Aucune explication concernant l'état des lieux... Service minimum de l'agence... Dommage
