Overlooking the sea, it comprises a vast 75 m² living room, equipped kitchen. Separate toilet on ground floor. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 1 office with sofa bed. Enjoy the 27,000 m² garden with heated pool and jacuzzi. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 75 m² living room with connected TV, fireplace and wood-burning insert (wood to be split on site!)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- On the 1st level: a master bedroom (16 m²) with queen-size bed and private bathroom (with shower and bath +WC)
- On 2nd level:
2 bedrooms with double beds (140)
1 bedroom with queen-size bed
2 shower rooms with WC
1 office with sofa bed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- Terrace, 27,000 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A private, heated swimming pool, open from May 1 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change).
- A private Jacuzzi, open all year round.
- A bicycle shed is available.
- The garden is shared with the studio (Note: recent work has made the lawn inaccessible in places).

The villa is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant, quiet environment facing the sea. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property, in the 4-car parking lot.

- The opening dates of the swimming pool and jacuzzi are non-contractual and subject to change by the local accommodation manager.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- The “Villa Marine” can be rented “on request” at the same time as the ground floor apartment, “Studio Marin”, and thus accommodate 10 travelers. Please contact our traveler relations department.
