Its location is very privileged, right in the center of Andorra, in a very quiet street.
This apartment is only 100 meters away from where all the stores are located, the Caldea thermal spa center, restaurant areas and the Illa Carlemany shopping center. Its location is also ideal for all lovers of skiing, as it is located 10 minutes by car from the ski resort of Vallnord and 15 minutes from Grandvalira.
