I don't like the solicitors trying to sale timeshares. At the pool relaxing and here comes a salesman disturbing my relaxation. It is unprofessional and annoying. Please stop. Also, "no" means "no." When someone declines your offer please move on this. This also applys to the front desk.

Stayed at the Mountain View side; the room size was good. However, HSKP needs to be more thorough with the cleaning. The couch had all kinds of stains, etc., which you could tell it hadn't been properly cleaned for a while. The bath towel had black spots as well. Despite paying for the daily resort fee, there were many "add-on" fees in the resort activities. $20 for slime, $5 for ice cream, etc. Those small activities should be included in the "resort fee." Other than that, the front desk staff was friendly.

The rooms were clean but the bed was uneven and the sheets were so crisp they were noisy. The staff is helpful, the weekly events were nice and the amenities like the pool make it a great staycation or vacation.

Beautiful property. Staff was really nice. The market was very over priced for items but you are shopping for convenience. The room we stayed in was okay for what we needed. Four outlets did not work. The shampoo and conditioner was empty in the shower. The couch had big stains on it. The floors were dirty with droppings of something. The dishwasher rack where you put the silverware was broken. Overall it was good. My son loved the pool and the fire pit:)
