Esens and Bensersiel - spacious holiday home in a quiet location The holiday home "Nordseerose" is located in the north of the old knight town of Esens in the North Sea spa Esens-Bensersiel on a side street with no through traffic. The North Sea spa Esens-Bensersiel is located directly on the "National Park Lower Saxony Wadden Sea", since 2009 "UNESCO World Natural Heritage". You live quietly and in a preferred residential location in a sunny location in the row-end of a single group of three houses. The house is ideally connected in all directions, whether by car or by bike. The holiday home "Nordseerose" is about 85 square meters in size, very comfortably furnished and cozy and friendly furnished and designed.   The house is ideal for a holiday stay for two to three persons. It has, for example, a conservatory and two beautiful, sunny terraces, a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, next to the bathroom already mentioned a second separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eher für Personen bis 1,80 m zu empfehlen, da alles etwas kleiner bzw. enger ist.

Haus war perfekt für 3 Personen, Babybett hätte zusätzlich Platz gefunden. Alles angenehm.

Sehr schön. Mach langen Radtouren bot das Haus Gemütlichkeit. Der Wintergarten bot Helligkeit und Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer hatten gute Matrazen und Bettdecken. Der leicht verwilderte Garten war eine Augenweide. Das Haus lag sehr ruhig, Stadt Esens war fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Esens ist eine schöne Kleinstadt mit Fußgängerzonen, guten Restaurants, perfekten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden Haus empfehlen und bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in der Region sofort wieder mieten.

Alles vorhanden! Gerne wieder!

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einem Haus,was alles bietet-außer W-Lan :-)! Das ist befremdlich,aber tatsächlich gar kein Problem. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt und mit der überdachten Terasse und Wintergarten sogar im Regen ein paar nette Abende. Super modern ist es zwar nicht,aber alles funktioniert und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind ein gutes Extra. Die Badezimmer sind eher für kleine Leute, aber wir reden über ein paar Tage Urlaub! Und es gibt zwei Toiletten!Wassertemperatur schwankt nicht und man kann nachts spülen ohne alle zu wecken. Das hat man nicht überall. Der Service mit Toilettenpapier und Handtuch etc. Ist auf jeden Fall ein weiterer Pluspunkt! Vielen Dank

Gut mit Einschränkung empfehlenswert.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Fotos sind sehr gut aufgenommen. Auf dem Titelbild ist das Haus aber nicht die FW, die befindet sich am hinteren Ende. Parken im Carport nicht möglich da Besitzer des Blauen PKWs sich sehr ungünstig hinstellt. Das Problem wurde schon mehrfach angesprochen aber nicht gelöst, schade.
