This new, modern and bright holiday apartment is located directly in the dike passage from the North Sea Garden Park, in the heart of Bensersiel, only 200 meters from the sandy beach and the North Sea. The 75m² apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. Particularly noteworthy is the 20 m² terrace in a sunny south-west location.

A nicer apartment you will hardly find:
full-surface underfloor heating, everywhere floor tiles (allergy-friendly), electric ALU shutters for darkening, high-quality soundproofing, 3 flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, handmade built-in furniture with LED backlighting, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Also for handicapped guests this apartment is ideally suited. With the corresponding underground parking space you reach the dike passage and your apartment with the elevator directly. The supermarket and bakery is located in the house on the ground floor and is accessible via an elevator. Shops and restaurants are right outside your door. To reach the port you only need to go through the ground level dyke passage.


The tastefully decorated non-smoking apartment has free Wi-Fi. The living area has a large, flatscreen flatscreen TV, a music system with Bluetooth and a TV chair with reclining position. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. The apartment has a dining table for 5 people and a cozy small seating area. Gemütliche barrierefreie Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschmackvoll, modern und hochwertig, mit allem, was man braucht. Durch vor Anreise vom Vermieter erhaltene Informationen waren wir auch gut vorbereitet. Die große Terrasse mit der schönen Markise ist ein Highlight und dort war es trotz der zentralen Lage erstaunlich ruhig. Die Lösung, das innenliegende zweite Schlafzimmer mit einer Schiebetür zu verschließen, finde ich sehr gelungen. Und beschriftete Lichtschalter findet man anderswo auch nur selten… Die Lage ist absolut zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Hafen und Strand Ich selbst gehe mit Rollator und habe es sehr genossen, dass Geschäfte und Restaurants so bequem mit Aufzug zu erreichen waren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Nach einer langen, beschwerlichen Anreise war das check-in etwasnervig und holprig. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen erhielten wir den konkreten Hinweis zum Zugang unserer Wohnung, die von mir übermittelten Daten an den Verwalter waren unvollständig bzw. falsch dokumentiert. Die Wohnung war super, sehr sauber und alle Angaben aus dem Netz waren korrekt!!!

Die Kommunikation mit der Firma Brenner war etwas schwierig. Das weiß der eine nicht was der andere
Die Wohnung war Tip top in Ordnung. Die Lage in einem Einkauscenter war etwas gewohnungs bedürftig. Aber dann findet man die Vorteile sehr schnell raus. Frische Brötchen nur 1 Etage tiefer.
