Location is perfect in the middle of Eskişehir everything around you but the breakfast is very pretty you don’t have options to choose. My stay was 2 nights with no room service

This hotel is a hidden gem. I spent three nights at this hotel which was extremely central to the best shopping centers, the main mosque, and local grit and veggie markets. The breakfasts were very small with limited quantity of items but you can easily pick up a supplement at the many nearby family kiosks. The employees were exceptional especially the front desk host working from 10 am to 8 pm. Besides the tiny tiny breakfast, I’d rate this a 9.9/10

Gave me a different room from the one I booked.

I found myself in a bad situation. The room I choose when I booked from hotels.com was a big room for 3 persons and has a normal and high ceiling. When I came to the hotel, they gave me a very small room for one person (which was not exactly a problem cause I was traveling alone), and it was a roof room so the ceiling was very low and slant. Also, the first thing I noticed when I entered the room was a Cotton swab (Q tip) on the floor. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was average.
