Situated 10 min from Palma, this finca has all you need for a very comfortable holiday with total privacy. It has a splendid 2-storey house with large dining room, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with pantry, 5 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms, so it can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Wi-Fi connection and A/C is available in every room. Wonderful outdoor area with a pleasant porch to enjoy the views of the estate, include a large pond with large fish, a magnificent swimming pool to enjoy pleasant baths surrounded by nature. On the upper floor there is a large outdoor terrace with wonderful views of the estate. There is also a games area with a classic table football, billiards and a gas barbecue, laundry area and a large parking area on the property. Nearby are Esporlas at 4 k, Valdemossa at 8 k, Deia, Sóller and Puerto de Sóller at 28 k. The golf course of Son Termes is only 5 k away. Exclusively for friends and family. Pets, parties and other events are not allowed.

House was perfect. The only reason I didn't give all 5s was it was a bit warm in rooms without air conditioning. But couldn't have asked for a better location or host.
