Nie wieder! Stay away!

Ich habe vier Nächte im Hotel verlebt. Die Lage zum Strand hat mir gut gefallen. Das war es dann schon. Das Zimmer hat sehr aus den Ausflüssen gestunken. Bei der Ansprache an der Rezeption wurde nur gelächelt. Mein Zimmer wurde nur an zwei Tagen gereinigt, bei der Reklamation wurde gelächelt. Letzten Endes ist es den jungen Damen an der Rezeption egal, ob dem Gast der Aufenthalt gefällt. Kakerlaken gab es ebenfalls, was ich hingenommen habe. Auf Nachfrage, ob ich wenigstens neue Handtücher haben könnte, müsste ich das Wort "towel" buchstabieren, damit es ergoogelt werden könnte. Die Badarmaturen sind völlig verknallt, nach dem Duschen war das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Und dann immer dieser Geruch, schlimm. Aber es wird immer gelächelt. Das Management dieses Hotels ist zu überdenken. Die ältere Dame, die immer im Hintergrund alles beobachtet, trägt nicht zur besseren Atmosphäre hinzu. Sie ist wohl die Chefin. Frühstück ist gut, ist aber kein Buffet, wie auf den Bildern wiedergegeben. Fazit: Es ist ein marokkanisches Hotel für marokkanische Gäste. Wer gut unterkommen und als zahlende Gast gewertschätzt werden möchte, lieber zehn Euro mehr ausgeben. Essaouira ist eine tolle Stadt mit vielen guten Unterkünften. Zum Glück habe ich auch sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

Personnel charmant et accueillant Hôtel quelque peu bruyant a cause du manque de civisme de certains(ça parle dans les parties communes. Claquement de portes ...). Bon petit dej.
