Traditional Ksar-style house located on a 7,500 sqm tree-filled property, overlooking the argan forest and the ocean. It comfortably accommodates 14 to 18 people in 7 bedrooms (bedding renewed in 2017) distributed around several patios. The house is comfortable and welcoming while being simple and family-oriented. The rental includes staff who will assist you throughout your stay: you will be freed from the kitchen, housekeeping, and daily routine so you can enjoy the leisure time unique to Essaouira.

Nous avons été très bien reçu dans la magnifique propriété d Ivan. Tout était parfait pour notre séjour en famille a 14 toutes générations confondues. Le nouvel espace piscine est superbe et très agréable. Merci egalement au personnel présent sur place discret et prévenant et à Ivan pour ces précieux conseils et adresses. Nous reviendrons!

Superbe propriété mais qualité des prestations aleatoire.

La propriété est magnifique et parfaitement adaptée pour une famille nombreuse. Le personnel fait preuve d'ecoute et de gentillesse. Concernant la reservation, il peut y avoir des frais cachés, non pris en compte sur la plate-forme : le prix peut etre majoré selon le nombre de chambres occupées, le chauffage de la piscine n'est pas compris. Ce nest qu'après la réservation que ces sommes sont demandées par le proprietaire. Ensuite, la qualité des installations est source de forts désagréments : problèmes deau chaude dans certaines salles de bain pendant plusieurs jours, très nombreuses coupures electriques (de l'ordre dune vingtaine par jour) et une chambre sans électricité pendant 3 jours, de fait Wi-Fi défaillante, temperature de la piscine ne dépassant pas 23° pour 26 à 29° annoncés. NB : Il est dommage que le propriétaire informé au quotidien de ces problèmes n'ait jamais pris la peine de s'en entretenir avec nous. Au bilan, au regard du prix de location et de ce que l'on peut en attendre, même avec les qualités indéniables de la propriété et les attentions de son personnel, le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas toalement satisfaisant.

Petit paradis près d'Essaouira

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans cette propriété composée de plusieurs petites maisons traditionnelles restaurées dans le respect des constructions initiales avec un jardin magnifique. Une mention spéciale pour l'accueil plein de gentillesse et de prévenance de Lahcen, le haut niveau gastronomique et le sourire de Zorha à la cuisine aidé de Ahmed qui nous a fait d'excellents barbecues et feux de cheminées pour agrémenter nos soirées. Très bon séjour dans cette maison proche d'Essaouira qui nécessite quand même une voiture pour se déplacer. La piscine chauffée solairement est très agréable. Les différents salons et lieux pour manger permettent d'être aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l’extérieur. Recommandé sans restriction.
