Es war kein Balkon vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung wurde bewusst, wegen dem Balkon ausgewählt. Die Beschreibung passt auch nicht wirklich zu der Wohnung, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, sehr wenig Gläser.
