Various shopping opportunities such as Edeka and DM are in the immediate vicinity. At the popular Rüttenscheider Stern, a 5-minute walk away, you will also find a wide range of culinary delights and countless shopping opportunities.

Essen main station is only a 15-minute walk/8-minute drive away. From there you can reach Düsseldorf Airport in a very short time (under 20 minutes) by train.

You can expect a “Zeche” room and a “Villa” room as well as a comfortably furnished living room including a wall bed with a lying area of ​​1.40m. This apartment not only provides relaxation after an eventful day, it also offers a unique experience about the history of mining and Villa Hügel. Our beds are particularly comfortable - you can expect the best sleeping comfort thanks to the hardness-adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses.
If you are staying with us on business, you can look forward to a separate office with all amenities such as an electrically height-adjustable desk. Here you will also find a chaise longue with a sleeping function. A high chair, a travel cot and a changing table are available for the youngest guests. So that the little ones (and therefore also the "big ones") don't miss out on fun, we have put together a colorful selection of play and activity options for you. As parents, safety is particularly important to us, which is why we have secured all sockets at crawling height.
A dressing table and a rain shower are also available.
