The location is very good near of everything, But the stuff is not friendly I think they were aggressive, the reception man interpret our reservation inaccuracy so he started to communicate with us based on this aggressively and when he realized his mistake he even didn’t apologize.

Friendly, central and good value

Very helpful multilingual receptionist, offered free welcome drink, directions and help with the room heating. Room quiet despite overlooking street. Not disturbed in the morning by cleaners or other guests. Individually themed rooms are a nice touch. Free water and hot drinks in rooms. Very competitively priced given its location.
