The owner took the reservation and the money was charged from my credit card, but he told us we could not stay there and would not cancel the reservation. Vrbi didn't help either.

Hicimos la reserva porque había disponibilidad, la pagamos y supuestamente todo en orden. No teníamos noticia ninguna y escribimos al propietario, que tampoco daba respuesta. Al final la plataforma se tuvo que poner en contacto con el. Un día antes un mensaje diciendo: lo siento, no está disponible. Habíamos pagado yo. La solución que nos dio Vrbo fue una pensión de mala muerte en una ubicación en un pueblo de interior. No vuelvo a confiar en esta plataforma y ya os digo que este propietario es un sin vergüenza, porque por otras plataformas si respondió
