This superb and spacious beach property has just been completely refurbished and from the communal pool and gardens, has its own private access to the great beach. From here you can walk along the brand new pedestrian beach promenade to Playa del Cristo in 15 minutes and Estepona Port in 20 minutes.
It boasts 3 floors, 3 large bedrooms, 3 brand new bathrooms and kitchen, a cloakroom downstairs, big wardrobes and 3 terraces. Air-conditioning, Fiber Optic WIFI & TV is included.
Fully air conditioned it is on 3 floors and the house has everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is nearby the great Playa del Cristo beach and great beach bars.
Over 120 square meters, the ground floor has a large living room and dining room a large smart TV. From here you walk directly onto a terrace facing the sea and the communal pool and the beach. The main terrace faces West, has an outside dining area and plenty of shade.
The brand new kitchen is fully equipped and has high end appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob & oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
On the 1st floor there are 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The third floor has a beautiful bedroom with a large single bed, a private terrace as well as an office space and its own bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a foldable bed for a 6th person.
In a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood, the house is 100 meters to the beach, very close to Estepona and all the amenities.
There is plenty of parking right outside the front door and we have an allocated space.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 25 minutes away and Malaga can be reached in 50 minutes.
