A large hot tub (shared with adjoining unit) is just a few steps out the back door waiting for a star light soak. Convenient parking right at the front. Covered porch in front and a patio in back. Large picture windows from both the living and the master bedroom with stunning Longs Peak views. Washer and dryer in unit. Common wall with adjoining unit- no pass thru door. Double wall construction with sound insulation in both walls.
