Average stay

You get what you pay for. Close to the rocky mountains and the little historic area. Heater worked but it was loud (youll see other posts of guests complaining about the refrigerator, the heater was louder). Hot water worked fine, hair dryer worked. The breakfast was very light (boxed cereal, toast, yogurt and snack packs to-go). Lots of other hotel options if interested. Office hours at this time were 0700-1900 (but they send texts for check-in and to communciate).

The website photos did not really present this hotel as we had anticipated. The continental breakfast offered was substandard. The room was not comfortable. A metal chair at a desk was not to our liking and uncomfortable. A dripping shower was annoying. The room had a hvac unit that was so noisy, it was a horrible night number one of three nights. We ended up leaving for another hotel in the area. The clerk when checking out early stated she would have the manager review our issues, but no response. We did not receive any communication for leaving early, but the hotel had no problem charging for the two nights we did not stay. Oh, the bed was clean and comfotable.

I really loved the property it self it was nice and homey. It was very disappointing that they were out of hand soap, I was given a “cleanse bar.” My king size comforter had two areas of small blood stains, in which I took pictures and sent to their form of communication which was through their text messaging. I was hoping to get to talk to the manager, or get some compensation It wasn’t until the 2nd night I realized it, it was faced down, lucky me. Also house keeping isn’t done every day. I haven’t traveled in years, perhaps this is how house keeping runs. Great location!

Great little room with fridge, microwave, table & chairs, and dresser. You can get to the 2nd floor from a walkway from the office without using the stairs. Pool & hot tub, great views. Very clean.

Clean and newly renovated. Cute. Only thing was they forgot to fill up the soap and shampoo but we had our own so not an issue for us. Breakfast simple but fine because at least they had a few options although it was only continental but good enough. Loved the room though. Very clean and cozy. Bed very comfortable. Linens soft and towels large unlike most places I have stayed.
