Bond Park Place is a charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located right above Bond Park and the center of downtown Estes Park. Sleeps up to 5, (1 King, 2 Twins, and Sofa Bed). Two outdoor patio/decks with views of the mountains, downtown Estes, Estes Lake, and the historic Stanley Hotel. Recently updated with all the modern conveniences including Wifi, Roku TV and over 200 DVDs. Plenty of driveway parking. Perfect stay in Estes park. Loved the location with walking to downtown. I was worried about being hot with no AC … it turned out fine - there is a unit in the primary bedroom and cools off nice in the evenings for open windows. Would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bond Park House. It was a short and easy walk to everything in downtown Estes Park and a short drive to RMNP. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed comfortable, and the shower was awesome after long days of hiking. The host was very accommodating and provided updates and reminders about entry into RMNP. The information in the home about the area and all the hiking was the most thorough of any property we have stayed.
