Amenities and the staff response. We had a plumbing issue late at night and the office was closed and we called the after hours number and they came immediately to fix it. Anything we needed they were on it right away. And my grandkids loved breakfast with Santa and he was an amazing Santa.

The first room they gave us the heater did not work and it was really cold then they moved us to another room where the TV did not work, some issues with electricity since we were getting electricity on our hands when turning the fan and also getting shocked by electricity Not going back or recommending this place

The hot tub was cold and maintenance failed to report the issue to the front desk until we reported it. Breakfast was dry and tasteless with few options. The front desk staff was very nice though and friendly. The smores option only exists if you ask staff otherwise they “forget”.

Comfortable and cozy room, good breakfast and just a five minute drive into Estes Park. We had a group of 7 but this place was affordable enough to reserve two rooms. I will keep this place in mind for my next visit.

Very disappointed! I am in a wheelchair and could not access our room because it was not a ada room. Someone was to bring a ramp. Did not happen. After we got me in the room heat did not work. Again Someone was to come. Did not happen. Husband made 5 trips to main offices. Finally they switched rooms. Beware this property is not a inn or hotel. It is a motel with very small bathrooms and no access for people with disabilities. Switched

The room was clean, nicely painted with newer furniture and some fixtures. It had a small fridge and microwave. It was basic, but nice. We come to Estes for concerts at the Stanley a lot, and this was a perfect distance from the Stanley and from shopping. We did not need anything fancy to stay in, and this room was perfect for us as it was both clean and comfortable.

We arrived an hour early for check-in. The front desk was very nice. She got us checked in and reminded us of S’mores outside at 6pm. The jacuzzi was HOT, indoor pool clean. The beds were comfortable, the heat was ok. The room would get really hot, then really cold. Overall, great stay for a night.
