Overall, our stay was great. Friendly and helpful checkin, great location and room was clean. Only downside was that the indoor pool had been drained and out of service the day we got there. Kind of a bummer because we literally switched hotels so that we could have one with an indoor pool especially because it was spring break week. Other than that, our stay was great.

We selected this hotel over other options because of the indoor pool. Thru don’t have an indoor pool, the hotel next door does and they share. But the hotel next door has closed the pool for maintenance, so currently no pool at all. Popcorn and smores in the lobby were nice.

The room was comfortable, clean, and had a bit of mountain/lodge character to it. Everything in the room & bathroom looked like it had been recently updated with new stylish fixtures, and the King size bed was firm & comfy. I didn't try the free continental breakfast, but all in all, this was a wonderful value for the price I paid. And it is about a three minute drive from downtown Estes and the shops & restaurants, and about 10 mins from the National Park.

Mold on shower wall in bathroom. Heater in living area did not work and it was cold! Pool at neighboring facility was not heated, the building yes, but not the pool. The couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. And “breakfast” was bagels, cereal and muffins.

We enjoyed our stay! Other than the really loud lady at 6am right outside our room yelling to whoever she was with! The hot tub was amazing since it snowed while we were there. I wish they would have had a waffle maker for breakfast though!

Really friendly staff. Free breakfast had a lot of variety of healthy and also indulgent food. They offered free snacks to take for a hike during day. Bed was super comfortable. A little easy to hear people Next door to us but overall would book here again. Did not have time to check out hot tub :(
