Estes Park Registration #3045 The Estes Elk House on Country Club is an exceptional mountain home that will make your vacation the dream that you have envisioned! No pets allowed.
The Estes Elk House has beautiful views of Twin Sisters, Kruger Rock, The Crags, and Fish Creek. You won`t believe your eyes when you step into this newly built 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home. Some of the features include a large gourmet kitchen, a natural stone river rock fireplace in the main living area, gorgeous furnishings, two large decks, over-sized rooms with high ceilings, and a second living area in the lower level with a gas fireplace. And a Hot Tub! The gourmet kitchen has tile floors, a breakfast bar with stools, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee-maker and dishwasher. The spacious dining room can seat 6 for dinner and has magnificent high ceilings. Imagine relaxing in the attached living room, complete with comfortable furniture and enjoying the ambience of another gas fireplace. The Master Bedroom is also located on the main level of this home. It features a beautifully decorated queen bed, balcony with gorgeous mountain views, an expansive designer bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, two sinks and a large walk-in closet. There`s a 1/2 bath and laundry room with new front-loading machines located just off the kitchen on this level. On the downstairs level you can relax in the beautiful family room with a gas fireplace. There are two TV’s with Cable, stereo, and DVD player. Just beyond the sliding glass doors, there`s a patio and a gas grill. Downstairs there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has a queen bed and a bulk bed. A sleeper sofa is also in the lower level. Just across the hall from both bedrooms is a lovely bathroom with tub/shower. The Entire Home
We Value our Guests Privacy but are Available if Needed.
The summer time in Estes Park is extremely busy; traffic congestion can make getting around challenging. The Town offers a free shuttle and there are shuttle stops all over town. You can use the free shuttle to get to town as well as Rocky Mountain National Park through the visitors center. In the Winter, the town is much slower and the shuttle does not run; a car would definitely help.
Once we receive your reservation we will send you a vacation rental lease agreement via email. Please return within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
VACATION RENTAL CONTRACT
This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management
(also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants”
and “Guests”). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their
reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. By booking this property you automatically agree to the House Rules.
Cleaning Policy:
The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager.
Reservation Policy:
We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following:
1. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by
our negligence.
2. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival.
3. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property
damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See
disclaimer below.
4. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing
items.
5. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through.
6. There are no refunds for early departure.
7. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions.
8. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival.
9. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $45 for unbagged trash.
10. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging.
11. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50
12. This is not a party house.
13. This is a NON-SMOKING vacation rental.
14. Pets are NOT allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the
property manager.
15. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum stated occupancy.
16. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to extra rental charges.
17. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental.
18. Please look at the cancellation policy. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of the cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or
injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Disclaimer:
Renters understand that the Property Manager is not responsible for any personal injury caused
by slipping on snow or ice, and that tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice
around the doorways and paths to car, to include the parking area.
And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to
tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of
god or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, tenants’ failure to remove
snow around access areas, or any unforeseeable circumstances.
Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the vacation rental
responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for
intentional acts of harm.
This agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters’ party.
I, the Renter, have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement and all
conditions stated herein.
