Making the reservations the same day was a little stressful - the code wasnt send to me even after I texted the number that was provided per instructions. I got the code eventually by messaging through Expedia - but that wasn't what was provided through their instructions so it felt like a long shot. The water pressure in the shower is very intense and kind of painful unless you like cold showers, and you can feel the springs in the mattress which is pretty uncomfortable. But the area felt safe and it was pretty walkable to get into town/restaurants.

A great place to stay

I love the location of this hotel. It sits right behind Fall River. Nicky’s sits right next to the Wapiti Colorado Pub, which is very convenient. The hotel is fully automated, and self service, meaning there is no office staff, no check in-check out process. You receive a code to unlock your a room key box. It was a little confusing, at first, but I figured it out. The bed was not as comfortable, as I would have liked, but none of this spoiled my stay. The price was incredibly reasonable. If you don’t mind a no frills experience, you will love it.

The cabin was so cute and just what we were looking for. We did have some issues with the heat and hot water, but the staff was very responsive and addressed the issues immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

The outside screen door didn't close so it hung open allowing a very cold breese blow in the inside door which had a 2 inch gap below it on one side we had to roll up a rug at night and jam under neath which was right next to the sink in the front of the room to stand and brush teeth your feet froze of not wearing socks. Bed was comfortable.

Perfect

We loved it. The living room window was so big the view was so beautiful there was a snow storm so it just looked like something out of a movie. Very cozy. My kids loved it and we will be back

Our internet was not work. We couldn't get a hold of anyone. Finally after so many calls and voice mails i got a hold of someone he said he would call me back and never did. So sad. Because we stayed there before and had no issues. I asked him if he can move us i would pay extra but no call back. I would not be staying here again. The cabins are way better there.
