The garage was recently updated into a game room and office space that also features a convenient half bathroom. Wind down from days spent golfing, exploring, or hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park by cooking in the stylish modern kitchen, watching a favorite movie or show on the large TV, or sitting outside on the stone patio sipping a glass of wine and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

This open, polished home is located in the center of Estes Park, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, art galleries, the seasonal farmers market, and the riverfront walking path. You'll be less than a mile south of the famous Stanley Hotel and two miles north of the Estes Park 18-Hole Golf Course. The Beaver Meadows Visitor Center at the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance is less than three miles west, allowing you to easily hike the stunning surrounding terrain and take long, scenic drives on Trail Ridge Road.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
