Comfortable, but very noisy

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Since it is an older building that has been remodeled, the walls are thin. Other guests were very noisy. Can hear their conversations through the walls, and people walking around above sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling.

Time wasted

We arrived at 4pm, was told our room not ready they will text when ready. At 5:45 we went back to hotel, still not ready. I said to refund our money and the manager came by and said they have another room we could have. Our room was spacious but the guy above us was up walking around after we went to bed. Not the best experience

This hotel was supposed to refund our money. We got there to check in on 06/11. The person that was supposed to clean the room did not show up and they had 15 rooms not ready at 4. When asked when the room would be ready they said they had no idea. There was several angry people waiting for their rooms in the lobby. I never received the refund. We ended up staying at The Stanley and still waiting for our money back! Hotel looked run down and needs new management!

Loud compressor noise kept my wife awake all night. My guess is it was 40-50 DCB. It sounded like it was behind or below ourroom 222. Other than that the room was clean & Roomy. With all that the view from our room was amazing!!

Staff was kind and polite...Property description was not at all accurate. There are two separate properties so know where your going to be staying when booking. Restaurant and pool at a separate location. Rooms extremely noisy and can hear everything. Be prepared and bring ear plugs. Continental breakfast was scarce and ran out of food.
